*** Reservation Policies***

All reservations must be made with a major credit card.

We will charge your credit card for the full amount of your stay. Any changes to your reservation after this initial transaction will require your approval and be processed as a separate transaction.
- Once your reservation is confirmed there will be a minimum $25 fee to cancel or change the date(s). Cancellation/change of your reservation requires a 14-day notice.
-If you cancel/change the date(s) of your reservation with less than 14 days notice, this will result in a charge equal to the amount of your stay and a refund will not be issued. However, a gift certificate/card equal to the amount of your stay, minus $25, will be issued to you after the date of your reservation has passed. If your stay is cancelled on the same day of the reservation, no refund or gift certificate will be issued.

Check-in is from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM. If you desire an early check-in, please contact us to make these arrangements – in some cases this may not be possible. (a $25 early check-in fee applies) Check-in after 7pm can usually be accommodated, by pre-arrangement. (Note: there is no fee for a late check-in.)

If you have not arrived, or pre-arranged other check-in arrangements, by 8pm on the first evening of your stay - we will cancel your reservation and the policies associated with cancellation noted above will apply.

The following holidays are charged the normal weekend rate even if they fall on a weekday: Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve. Breakfast is NOT provided on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, or the Friday after Thanksgiving.

Breakfast: **Weekends (Saturday & Sunday Mornings) - rates include our standard full breakfast which is served at 9:30AM. We also offer the option of a continental breakfast basket placed outside of your room about 9:00am on these days. **Weekdays (Monday-Friday Mornings) - rates include a full breakfast served by our friends at The Old Market Deli down the street.

The Quill & Quilt has a strict No-Open Flame policy. No smoking or burning of candles is allowed in the house. Violation of this policy will result in a $150 fee. If any damage is done to the property by smoke or fire, or caused by violation of this policy, you will also be held 100% liable for the full restoration of the damaged property.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. A "late" check-out of 1pm can be pre-arranged for $75. Guests who choose to stay past 11:00 AM will be charged a late check-out fee.

Children age 16+ and traveling with an adult are welcome, there is no need to contact us in this case. Children under age 16 - please call. Children under 16 must share accommodation with the adult(s) with whom they are traveling - additional occupancy fees apply in all cases.

Sorry, no pets are allowed at the Quill & Quilt.

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
